What ZapApp Does

ZapApp helps you build resumes, tailor them to job postings, and submit applications through employer websites. We use AI to suggest content and browser automation to fill out forms on your behalf.

Your Content, Your Responsibility

You own everything you put into ZapApp. You're responsible for reviewing your resumes and applications before they're submitted. When ZapApp fills out a form or submits an application, it's acting on your behalf with your approval.

AI Features

Resume suggestions, cover letter drafts, and job-fit scores are generated by AI and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always review AI-generated content before using it. We don't guarantee that AI suggestions will be accurate, or that using them will lead to interviews or offers.

No Employment Guarantees

ZapApp is a tool to make applying easier. We don't guarantee that you'll get interviews, offers, or any particular outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not us.

Account Rules

• You must be at least 16 years old to use ZapApp
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Don't use ZapApp to misrepresent your qualifications or submit fraudulent applications
• Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Limitation of Liability

ZapApp is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate AI output, failed applications, or decisions made by employers based on materials you submitted through ZapApp.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post changes here and update the date at the top.
